Exercise is as important as the food you eat. When you exercise, you sweat. Through sweating, you pass out waste through the pores of your skin. Especially sodium and other toxins. You also burn excess fat in your body. The channels open up for increased blood flowπŸƒ‍♂️. 

Your blood pressure normalizes as the obstructions along the arteries and veins give way. Your sugar levels drop. It's on record that many heart diseases and diabetes cases have been fixed through regular exercisee. πŸ‹️‍♂️

Regular exercise is important if you want to live a healthy life. In the olden days, Our fathers did not have gyms or standard pitches for exercise.  However, they exercised daily, trekked long distances, farmed etc. That was their way of exercise which helped them, there was no bus or taxi. Today, once you want to visit the nearest Street, you jump into a taxi or your car. This is not healthy, you can deliberately take a walk, and it will help you.

Removing lactate from circulation allows for an easy decline in body temperature, which can also benefit the immune system, as an individual may be vulnerable to minor illnesses if the body temperature drops too abruptly after physical exercise. 😎

Beans are rich in proteins and fibres. Although some people don't eat it which the writer may be included due to reasons or dislike naturally. The foul smell that accompanies beans is due to their raffinose sugar content. When it gets into your stomach, the intestinal enzymes act on it and release hydrogen, methane and sulphur. Those are the gases that smell when you fart.

After selecting your beans, soak them in water. Take a ball of lemon, cut it into two and squeeze the liquid into the bowl where your beans are soaked. Leave it in that state for 15 minutes. Lemon juice will remove and neutralize the poison and make your beans more delicious and soft.
